IACC International Aviation Law Specialist participates in the “Aviation Foundation Program” of the Singapore Cooperation Program

Singapore, November 16th, 2025. Ms. Bárbara Martínez Leal, International Aviation Law Specialist at the Cuban Institute of Civil Aeronautics (IACC), represented Cuba at the “Aviation Foundation Programme” course, offered through the Singapore Cooperation Programme.

 

The course, held from November 10 to 14, 2025, and taught by the Singapore Aviation Academy, with the participation of experts from developing countries, provided a great opportunity for professional development and for working together to envision an increasingly safe and sustainable aviation sector, the Cuban official stated.

 

Established in 1992, the Singapore Cooperation Programme (SCP) reflects our belief in the transformative role of human capital in driving economic prosperity and social progress. These courses aim to empower government officials in developing countries with the skills and knowledge necessary to promote sustainable growth and innovation in their own nations.
