ICAP Delegation in Türkiye

The First Vice-President of ICAP (Cuban Institute of Friendship with the Peoples), Noemi Ramona Rabaza Fernandez, and the Director for Europe, Rigoberto Lazaro Zarza Ross, arrived in Istanbul to participate in the preparatory meetings for the 20th European Summit of Solidarity with Cuba, to be held in Turkey in 2026.
They were received by Nahide Özkan, president of the Cuba-Türkiye “José Martí” Friendship Association and other members of that association. Also present at the meeting were the Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba in Ankara Alejandro F. Diaz Palacios and the Consul General in Istanbul Raul E. Madrigal Cardenas.
