Important notice: arrival in Vietnam of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Cuba

The Embassy of Cuba in Hanoi is pleased to inform the Vietnamese authorities and institutions, the Cuban state and government representations in Vietnam and Cubans working and living in this country, that His Excellency Mr. Orlando Nicolás Hernández Guillén, appointed  Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Cuba to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, arrived in Hanoi on April 23.

Ambassador Hernández Guillén will come into the office after completing quarantine period established by the Vietnamese government  as part of the prevention and control measures against the COVID-19 pandemic.
