Jakarta, December 10- With the support of the Cuban Embassy in this capital, for the first time an Indonesian citizen, Mr. Aldy Kusuma belonging to the company "PT Tembakau Internasional Company", participated in the Master Course of the Habanos Academy, held in Havana, from December 4 to 9.
Like many Indonesian citizens, Mr. Aldy, passionate about culture and Cuban tobacco, had the opportunity to receive an intense academic program, along with participants from nineteen countries and representatives of ten exclusive distributors, where the Habano dazzled as the protagonist in each activity.
The program included visits to the plantations in San Antonio de los Baños, to the “La Corona” rolled tobacco factories and to the emblematic “El Laguito” Factory, where had the opportunity to roll their own tobacco.
In addition, the participants participated in tastings, pairings and received interesting lectures related to the marketing of the Habanos portfolio brands, the La Casa del Habano franchise network and the origin and culture of Cuban tobacco. A complete training program to make them experts in the Habano culture in the world.
At the closing of the event, the graduates received with immense pride their Master Certificate from the Habanos Academy, delivered by the Director of Operational Marketing, Mr. Ernesto González.
