From Jamaica, a new donation of medical supplies and other materials to the Cuban Health System is sent.

Kingston, 14 August 2025. Members of the Movement of Solidarity with Cuba and the Cuban State Mission in Jamaica coordinated the shipment of a new donation in support of the Cuban healthcare system.

The solidarity aid, which departed from Norman Manley International Airport in Kingston and arrived in the city of Santiago de Cuba, consists of approximately 500 kg of medical supplies, food and other materials, which will be distributed primarily to hospitals and healthcare institutions in this province.

The transfer to Cuba was supported by the Cuban Medical Brigade working in the Caribbean nation, the Caribbean & Latin Travel agency and the Aerogaviota airline.
