Kingston, Jamaica, April 5, 2022. Ambassador Fermín Quiñones Sánchez and members of the embassy staff celebrated this Monday, together with members of the Kingston medical brigades, the 60th anniversary of the Union of Young Communists (UJC) and the 61 of the José Martí Pioneer Organization (OPJM).
The cultural political act took place in Manley Meadows, a community in the heart of Kingston where a significant number of our health collaborators reside.
In his intervention, the Ambassador highlighted the importance of youth and children as the present and future of the Revolution, and the fundamental role of the new generations in the construction of socialism, the path to development and the defense of national sovereignty.
Cuban soup and music were not lacking in the activity, to entertain young people of body and soul willing to go with everything for Cuba, and who today proudly fulfill the mission entrusted to bring health to the brotherly people of Jamaica.
