Kenya and Cuba review issues on the bilateral agenda

Ambassador Josphat K. Maikara, Director-General for Political and Diplomatic Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign and Diaspora Affairs of the Republic of Kenya, held a meeting with H.E. Ms. Inés Fors Fernández, Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba to Kenya.

The meeting served as a platform to reaffirm longstanding bilateral relations between Kenya and Cuba, as the two countries mark 30 years of bilateral relations in October, 2025.

The two ambassadors underscored the importance of strengthening collaboration in the areas of Medicine, biotechnology, education, tourism and multilateralism.
