“This is a provocative action against the Cuban people, the government and the Communist Party. The EU, to serve its own interests, at the expense of the Cuban people, uses the intervention plan of the US government, the anti-Cuban mafia and very few forces inside that is magnified through a well-paid propaganda mechanism, the media, networks social organizations, NGOs, in close connection with agencies of all kinds. Their selective sensitivities about human rights are a deceptive tool of interference. The criminal blockade, the 243 sanctions maintained by the Biden administration, are immense crimes that deprive the people of Cuba of their rights, goods and services. The EU, which leaves the peoples exposed, is bothered by Cuba's internationalist contribution to combat the pandemic, which guarantees free health for its people, which under conditions of harsh sanctions develops 5 vaccines against COVID 19 with its own forces. Cuba is not alone. Interference plans will not pass. The peoples of the entire world express their solidarity with Cuba's struggle to defend the conquests of its Revolution. "
