The Organizing Committe of #KwanzaaFestival2023 dedicated the closing event to celebrating the Anniversaries of the Haitian Revolution and the Triumph of the Cuban Revolution.
This event was lead by the Representative of the Prime Minister's Office, Trevor Prescod and was dedicated to celebrate the African heritage in Barbados.
In coordination with the PanAfrican Movement and the Cuba- Venezuela Friendship Association, the Festival exhalted the importance of the Cuban and Haitian Revolutions for the Caribbean region.
The Ambassador Yanet Stable intervened at the event and transmitted the commitment of Cuba to defend the Revolution.
"Cuba has decided to resist and defend us, and multiply solidarity with our people in the Caribbean and the rest of the world", said the Ambassador.
