Lao Party Senior Leader was congratulated by the Cuban Ambassador

Vientiane March 21, 2025.  Cuban Ambassador Enna Viant paid a courtesy visit to Cro. Bounleua Phandanouvong, Acting Head of the Foreign Relations Committee of the Central Committee, with the purpose of conveying the messages of solidarity and brotherhood of the Cuban leaders as well as the congratulations of the Cuban diplomatic mission, on the transcendent 70th anniversary of the founding of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party. 

On that occasion, she was the bearer of a basket of flowers  and reported on the preparations for the central act that will be held on the same day in Havana, presided over by the First Secretary of the  Central Committed of the CCP, Com. Miguel Díaz-Canel.
