Finally, he noted that the representative of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party made a comment reiterating the political guidelines of that political organization regarding the theory and behavior of media publications during the entire period of leadership of the struggle for national liberation, as well as the period of national protection and development in which the Lao People's Revolutionary Party always considers the media as an intelligent vehicle.
