Kingston, Jamaica, 29 June 2021.- Marisa Dalrymple-Philibert and Thomas Tavares Finson, Speaker of the House and the President of the Senate, respectively, offered a cordial farewell to the Ambassador of Cuba to Jamaica, H.E Mrs. Inés Fors Fernández.
During the cordial meeting, they exchanged their views on the excellent relations of friendship and cooperation existing between both countries, including the parliamentary sphere, as well as the existing prospects of continued development.
The Cuban diplomat thanked the parliamentary leaders for the support received in the fulfilment of her duties in the Caribbean nation.
For their part, Dalrymple-Philibert and Tavares Finson expressed their gratitude to the Cuban Ambassador for the efforts made in the consolidation and expansion of bilateral relations between both nations.
