Letter of condolences of the President of Guyana for the fire in Matanzas

Guyana, Georgetown, August 12, 2022. The President of the Cooperative Republic of Guyana, Dr. Irfaan Ali sent a letter of condolences and solidarity to the government and the people of Cuba for the disastrous fire that took place in the oil storage facility in Matanzas City, Cuba.
