The Hague, May 11, 2026. This Saturday, May 9, 2026, on the occasion of Europe Day, and in defense of human rights and just causes around the world, Letz Act for Palestine, jonk Lénk, the Communist Party of Luxembourg, Solidarity Luxembourg-Cuba, and other peace organizations joined the protest in support of Cuba in front of the U.S. Embassy in Luxembourg.
Under the slogan: “No one is free until everyone is free!” friends of Cuba came together to demand an end to the blockade, particularly the energy blockade, which amounts to collective punishment against the Cuban people.
Just days before the 78th anniversary of the Nakba and a few days after the U.S. administration signed a new executive order imposing even more sanctions against our country, the Cuban and Palestinian flags flew side by side, demanding an end to the oppression of our peoples.
Cuba is not alone! We appreciate the solidarity shown with the Cuban people from Luxembourg.
