Manuel Marrero Cruz, held a meeting with the President of the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye

On Wednesday afternoon, Politburo member and Prime Minister, Manuel Marrero Cruz, held a meeting with the President of the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye, Numan Kurtulmuş, who is making his first official visit to Cuba.
The President of the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye thanked for the hospitality received and assured that "the distances separating Cuba and Türkiye are long, but recent visits have brought us closer."
He stressed that there are possibilities for a close relationship between the two governments in sectors such as energy, agriculture, biotechnology and health, and therefore "I attach great importance to this visit".
