March held for the honour, life, and dignity of the homeland, Havana, Cuba, 20 December 2024
Geneva, 20 December 2024. More than 500,000 Cubans from Havana, representing the whole country, took part in a march for life, honour and dignity of the homeland on 20 December.
In the front line of combat were the leader of the Cuban Revolution, Army General Raúl Castro Ruz; and the First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party and President of the Republic, Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez.
The march marked a strong condemnation of the economic, commercial, and financial blockade imposed by the United States against Cuba for over 60 years, as well as the unjust and arbitrary inclusion of Cuba by the United States on the list of States that allegedly sponsor terrorism.
