Meeting of the Cuban Ambassador to Sri Lanka with the Managing director of Slim Pharmaceuticals

Colombo, February 13, 2025. At the Cuban Embassy in Sri Lanka, Ambassador Andrés Marcelo González Garrido received Shamal Fernando, managing director of Slim Pharmaceuticals (Pvt) Ltd, with whom he discussed, among other topics, his possible participation in Cuba Salud 2025, the 5th International Health Convention to be held in Havana from April 21 to 25, 2025.
Slim Pharmaceuticals, founded in 2011, has formed a network to establish a reliable pharmaceutical distribution channel within the island of Sri Lanka.
Part of Mr. Fernando's work team and Maribel Duarte González, First Secretary of the Cuban Embassy, were present at the meeting.
