Kuala Lumpur, August 25, 2025. At the Cuban Embassy, we held a pleasant exchange with members of the Socialist Party of Malaysia (MSP), its General Secretary, members of its Central Committee, the International Relations Department, and its Youth Wing.
During the exchange, they reaffirmed their admiration for the Cuban Revolution, which they affirmed continues to inspire them. They also recognized the just struggle of the Cuban people against the economic, financial, and commercial blockade and their demand for its elimination, as well as the island's exclusion from the spurious list of states that allegedly sponsor terrorism.
The relevance of the thinking of the great leader and statesman of the global Left, our beloved Fidel Castro Ruz, was also recalled.
We extended an invitation to participate in the Third International Meeting of Theoretical Publications of Left-Wing Parties and Movements and the Granma-Rebelde International Festival, to be held in Cuba this coming October.
