Message of Condolences from President Díaz-Canel to the Prime Minister of The Bahamas for the effects of Hurricane Dorian.

Prime Minister,

            Given the unfortunate loss of human life and material damage caused by Hurricane Dorian during its passing through the Commonwealth of The Bahamas, on behalf of the Cuban people and government, I extend our deepest condolences, which I convey through you to the Bahamian people and the relatives of the victims.

            I express the willingness to cooperate, within our means, in the mitigation of damages.

            Please accept the testimony of my highest consideration and esteem.
