Dear people of Cuba:

It is with deep pain that I appear here to inform our people of Cuba and the peoples of the world, that today, 25th of November, at 10.29 pm, the Commander in Chief of the Cuban Revolution Fidel Castro Ruz died. In compliance with the express will of Comrade Fidel, his remains will be cremated. In the early hours of Saturday the 26th, the organizing committee of the funerals will provide our people detailed information about the organization of the posthumous homage that will be done to the founder of the Cuban Revolution.
