The Minister of International Business, Donville Inniss, chaired the delegation of Barbados to the 35th annual edition of the International Fair of Havana (FIHAV-2017) held between October 30 and November 3 last. The broad representation of Barbados was integrated this year by the President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industries (BCCI), Eddy Abed, the Vice President of the Investment Development Corporation (BIDC) and managers of six companies, three of them present for the first time in this important forum. Among other official activities that included contacts with Cuban counterparts, both in the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Foreign Investments and in the Chamber of Commerce of Cuba (CCC), Minister Inniss was present at the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between both Chambers. of Commerce and in the official conversations of the Caribbean Export Development Agency (CEDA) with the authorities of the MINCEX and the CCC.
