The Minister for Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration of Ghana arrives in Cuba on official visit.

The Honorable Shirley Ayorkor Botchwey was received by the Director General of Bilaterals of the MINREX, Emilio Lozada. Ghana was the first African country to establish diplomatic relations with Cuba.
