Minister of Foreign Affairs of Zimbabwe, Hon. Frederick Shava, receives the Cuban Chargé d'Affaires, Yoisy Ford García, at the Foreign Ministry.

Harare, September 11, 2023.- The Zimbabwean Foreign Minister, Hon. Frederick Shava welcomed the Charge d'Affaires of Cuba in Harare, Yoisy Ford García and expressed his satisfaction at visiting Cuba once again, on this occasion to attend the G77 Summit plus China. Shava will chair the Zimbabwean delegation that will travel to the largest of the Antilles.

The exchange highlighted the good state of bilateral relations and the mutual interest in continuing to consolidate historical ties and diversify cooperation. Both representatives denounced the unilateral coercive sanctions against the Caribbean island and Zimbabwe.
