The Ambassador of Cuba, Pedro L. Despaigne González was received at the Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Protection by the Minister, Mrs. Otiko Afisah Djaba, where they envisioned possible areas of cooperation .
The Cuban Ambassador explained how the incorporation of Cuban women in different sectors of society has worked, coming to be represented at the highest level of the State and the government.
The Ghanaian Minister outlined the possibility of being able to visit the Caribbean island. Mr. Abdul Samed Abdulai of the Institute for Peace and Progress (IPP) also participated in the meeting.
