MORNING PROGRAM “GOOD MORNING AFRICA” EXAMINES U.S. AGGRESSION AGAINST VENEZUELA

Accra, 7 January. — The flagship morning program of the Pan African TV network, “Good Morning Africa,” hosted journalist and political analyst Kwesi Pratt Jnr this morning, who examined the current situation in Venezuela in light of the U.S. aggression against that country.

The editor of The Insight reviewed the US colonial demands imposed on the nation, the rejection of allegations of drug trafficking, and the narrative surrounding the supposed capture of Nicolás Maduro, as well as the contradictions of Donald Trump regarding the Venezuelan opposition, among other issues related to this unfortunate incident.

The analyst, who is also the President of the Cuba Solidarity Campaign, referred to the false reports about the resistance encountered by invading forces and the resulting loss of 80 security personnel, including our 32 Cuban comrades. He also pointed to the continued institutional functioning of the Venezuelan government, the expressions of regional solidarity from Latin America, along with the practical impossibility of the United States establishing military control over Venezuela.
