A fraternal and supportive meeting took place during the courtesy visit made by Cuban Ambassador Enna Viant to the newly appointed Head of the Committee for External Relations of the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party, Comrade Bonleua Phandanouvong, whom she congratulated on his appointment to such a high responsibility and wished success in the performance of his duties.Both interlocutors reviewed the positive state of party relations and agreed to strengthen coordination aimed at continuing to expand cooperation between their respective political organizations.They also highlighted the upcoming 105th anniversary of the birth of Lao national hero Kaysone Phomvihane and the centenary of the historic leader, Commander-in-Chief Fidel Castro.
