New Zimbabwean Ambassador presents Style Copies to Cuban Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs

  Havana, December 5, 2025 – Cuban Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs, Anayansi Rodríguez Camejo, received Style Copies of the Ambassador-designate of Zimbabwe, His Excellency Patrick Ronald Mutasa.

During the meeting, “we highlighted the deep bonds of friendship and cooperation that unite both peoples and reaffirmed our interest in continuing to strengthen bilateral relations,” the Vice Minister stated at the end of the meeting.

Before traveling to Havana, Mutasa held another meeting in Harare with Ambassador Susellys Pérez Mesa, during which they discussed priorities for bilateral relations for the coming year and reviewed the progress achieved in 2025.

Both agreed that the high level of visits and exchanges during the past year consolidates the foundation for continued work on projects of common interest, as well as the legal basis for other initiatives.

Mutasa highlighted the shared desire to strengthen economic and cooperative relations, while both sides acknowledged the excellent state of political and collaborative ties, especially in the areas of health and education.
