Nigeria, September 14th, 2023.- This morning, at the headquarters of the Cuban Foreign Ministry in Nigeria, Mrs. Miriam Morales Palmero, Cuban ambassador in this country, received Mr. Ibrahim Halodu, an official from the Protocol Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Nigeria (MFA).
The moment was favorable to address issues of common interest, essentially on the elements of the accreditation process at the headquarters of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS). Both diplomats exchanged in a cordial atmosphere, reflecting the relations between Cuba and Nigeria.
The Cuban Ambassador thanked the Nigerian diplomat for the support and good treatment received from the Foreign Ministry towards the Cuban Embassy and conveyed her intention to continue strengthening ties between both countries.
Also present at the meeting was Cra. Ana Flavia Gómez Pavot, third secretary of the Cuban diplomatic mission in Abuja.
