Opinion of the President of Timor Leste on the blockade.

Dili, November 9, 2023. The UN General Assembly for the 30th time called on the United States to end the blockade of Cuba.

Results of voting:

In favor: 187 countries

Against: 2 countries - USA, Israel

Abstain: 1 country - Ukraine

Even Ukraine didn't feel it would be right to support US total embargo of Cuba. Only Israel consistently votes with the US.

All US NATO and all other friends and allies, EU countries, UK, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, etc. all ASEAN Members, voted to end the 50-year-old unjust, unjustified blockade of Cuba.
