Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Trade, Civil Aviation and Diaspora Affairs of Saint Lucia receives Cuban ambassador.

Rodney Bay, August 28, 2025 – The Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Trade, Civil Aviation and Diaspora Affairs of Saint Lucia received the Cuban ambassador to the island to discuss issues of bilateral interest.

Support for Cuba in its fight against the embargo, the unjust inclusion of Cuba on the List of State Sponsors of Terrorism, and bilateral collaboration were among the topics of the meeting.

Cuba and Saint Lucia celebrated six years of uninterrupted diplomatic relations on August 23.
