Manila, April 12 - The Minister of Education of the Philippines, Leonor Briones received a courtesy visit to the Cuban ambassador in that country, Ibete Fernández, with whom I value the possibility of initiating collaborative relationships in that sector.
Minister Briones thanked the ambassador for the reception given in Cuba to his Director General of education who visited the island last year and reiterated the intention to learn from the Cuban health system to apply in the Philippines, those experiences that are valid in their context , and above all learn how our country has achieved the formation of values in students.
The minister also expressed her admiration for the Commander in Chief and sentenced that although his physical departure has been a great loss for humanity, his legacy remains.
