The Morne, October 24, 2025 – The ambassadors to Saint Lucia of Mexico, Luis Manuel López Moreno; of Brazil, Colbert Soares Pinto Junior; of Venezuela, Leiff Ljubljana Escalona; and of Cuba, Yenielys Vilma Regueiferos Linares, resumed the organization of the 5th Latin American and Caribbean Film Festival, which will take place from November 10 to 14, 2025, at Sir Arthur Lewis Community College.
The festival's hosting at the college will allow for the participation of students from the institution and other schools, as well as members of the community. Diplomats accredited to the country, journalists, and government officials will also be present.
The 5th edition of the festival will once again showcase the Mexican, Brazilian, Venezuelan, and Cuban cultures, which are closely related to the Caribbean and its peoples. On the last day, there will be the opportunity to enjoy a Saint Lucian film to close the exhibition cycle.
