Presentation of Credentials by the Cuban Ambassador to the Prime Minister of Niue

Wellington, November 27, 2024 – In a ceremony held at the Office of the High Commissioner of Niue in Wellington, the designated Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba, Luis Ernesto Morejón Rodríguez, presented his credentials to the Honorable Dalton Tagelagi, Prime Minister of Niue.

During the event, Prime Minister Tagelagi emphasized the importance of the relations between Cuba and Niue, which are based on mutual respect, solidarity, and a shared commitment to global peace and prosperity.

The ceremony provided an opportunity to reaffirm the political and diplomatic ties between the two nations. During their dialogue, both parties explored opportunities to expand and diversify cooperation in various areas and sectors.
