Havana, November 10. Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez denounced before the Diplomatic Corps accredited in Cuba the destabilizing maneuvers promoted from the United States.
After highlighting the satisfaction of our people for the gradual return to normality, the minister said:
“We are not in any way going to allow organized aggression from abroad, with the use of internal agents recruited, trained, financed, organized, sometimes even transported directly in diplomatic vehicles of the United States Embassy accredited in Havana, to go to spoil this moment of joy for our people.
"The government of the United States knows perfectly that with the campaigns that have intensified in recent months, it is trying to provoke situations of suffering in our people, in the hope that they will generate conditions that provoke the so-called social outbreak."
“The US government knows that with its actions it intends and provokes actions of instability and violence, it intends to alter the peace of our country. For that, it uses a very powerful communicational machinery, particularly digital. It tries to build a non-existent virtual scenario from lies and unreality in the hope of turning it into a reality that does not exist in Cuba."
“The policy of the United States, sharpened in these months against Cuba, is doomed to failure, it is unfeasible. It hasn't worked for 60 years, it doesn't work now; not even when it has had a virus as an ally, and it will not work from now on. "
“Clear from that dream, wake up from that mirage, it will not happen. It is a dysfunctional policy, outdated, anchored in the past, costly to American taxpayers, ineffective, causing the United States government to discredit and international isolation. "
