President of the Friendship Group with Cuba visits the Cuban embassy in Sri Lanka

The member of the Parliament of Sri Lanka Professor Tissa Vitarana, President of the Parliamentary Group of Friendship Sri Lanka Cuba, visited the embassy of Cuba where was received by Andrés Marcelo González Garrido, Ambassador of Cuba.

During the visit, Professor Vitarana, who is also Secretary General of the Lanka Samasamaja Socialist Party (LSSP), received an explanation from the Ambassador about the aggressions and destabilizing maneuvers that the United States is carrying out against Cuba.

On his side, the Sri Lankan leader reiterated his permanent solidarity with the Cuban Revolution.
