The President of the Republic of Ghana, H.E Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo received the Ambassador of Cuba, Mr. Pedro Luis Despaigne González, at the Presidency. During the meeting, the President expressed his satisfaction for his recent visit to Cuba.
The Cuban diplomat handed the Ghanaian Head of State two pictures with the photographs taken during the fraternal meeting he held during his visit to Cuba in April 2019 with Army General Raul Castro Ruz, First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba. The President of Ghana emphasized the importance of that meeting.
At the meeting, topics of bilateral interest were also addressed, which also counted with the attendance of the First Secretary of the Cuban Embassy, Julio César Sánchez.
