Comrade Esteban Lazo Hernandez, President of the National Assembly of People's Power and the Council of State of the Republic of Cuba began an official visit to Türkiye , in response to the invitation of H.E. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Şentop, President of the Turkish Grand Assembly.
Upon his arrival at Ankara airport, he was received by Sayın Selman ÖZBOYACI, President of the Cuba-Türkiye Parliamentary Friendship Group, and Ambassador Sami Şen, South Director General for the Americas of the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
During his stay in Türkiye , comrade Esteban Lazo Hernandez is scheduled to fulfill an extensive program of activities that will include meetings with H.E. Mr. Akif Çağatay KILIÇ, Chairman of the Foreign Relations Commission of the Turkish Grand Assembly; Mevlüt ÇAVUŞOĞLU, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Türkiye; and Sayın Selman ÖZBOYACI, Chairman of the Cuba-Türkiye Parliamentary Friendship Group.
Likewise, the program will include a wreath laying to the National Hero of the Republic of Türkiye Kemal Ataturk, a working meeting with his Turkish counterpart, H.E. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Şentop, President of the Turkish Grand Assembly and with the members of the Cuba-Türkiye Parliamentary Friendship Group.
