New York, 30 November 2016. - During the afternoon, the Secretary-General-elect of the United Nations Organization, H.E Mr. António Guterres, signed the condolence book placed in this Permanent Mission since last Monday, following the decease of the historical leader of the Cuban Revolution, Fidel Castro Ruz.
After being cordially welcomed by Ambassador Ana Silvia Rodríguez Abascal, Chargé d'affaires a.i., Mr. Guterres paid tribute to the leader of the Revolution and extended the most heartfelt condolences to the Cuban people and Government.
