The people and Government of Cuba are grateful for the solidarity and commitment to justice demonstrated by Barbados. Once again, Barbados calls for an end to the unjustified inclusion of Cuba on the list of States that allegedly sponsor terrorism and denounces the unilateral U.S. blockade policy, which causes severe damage to the Cuban people.
Barbados speaks out annually at the United Nations General Assembly against the blockade and its extraterritorial repercussions, which also hinder thenormal development of trade links between Cuba and the rest of the countries. Cuba will continue to contribute to the strengthening of the ties of brotherhood that unite us, while maintaining the commitment to advance in the bilateral agreements adopted in 2022.
