Georgetown, September 20, 2018. The Prime Minister of Guyana, Hon. Mr. Moses Verassammy Nagamootoo, and his wife Ms. Zita Nagamootoo, received today, at the venue of their official residence, the Director of International Relations of the Chamber of Commerce of the Republic of Cuba, Dr. Celia Labora and the Regional Manager of Sales of the company FARMACUBA, Laura Vives, who participate in the Trade and Investment Exhibition of Guyana, (GuyTIE, 2018). There were also present the Ambassador of Cuba, Narciso R. Amador and the Counselor Ana Violeta Castañeda Marrero. During the meeting, the Prime Minister reiterated his friendship and personal solidarity towards the people of Cuba and the will of the Government of Guyana to work for the broadening and strengthening of bilateral ties with the Caribbean archipelago, particularly in the economic and commercial sphere.
