Reception amongst African envoys in Ghana

Accra, 1 September, 2025. – The Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba, H.E. Julio Enrique Pujol Torres, participated in a reception to welcome and bid farewell to the Ambassadors of the African Diplomatic Corp stationed in Accra.

In the ceremony the ambassadors of Angola and Egypt were bid farewell, and the new ambassadors of Liberia, Kenya, and Sierra Leone were welcomed. The emotional meeting was presided over by the Dean of the Diplomatic Corps accredited in Ghana, His Excellency Maher Kheir, Ambassador of Lebanon, and His Excellency Kufa Chinoza, Ambassador of Zimbabwe, Dean of the African Diplomatic Corps in this brotherly country.
