Oslo, December 11, 2023. Trine Lise Sundnes, member of the Norwegian Parliament for the Labor Party and member of the Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs and Defense, received Niurqui Sosa de los Reyes and Yinet Peña Batista, who are in Norway as representatives of the National Union of Public Administration Workers of Cuba (SNTAP).
In a cordial meeting, in which the ambassador of Cuba to Norway, Maité Rivero Torres, was also present, the trade unionists offered updated information about Cuba, the trade union movement and the existing cooperation between SNTAP and Fagforbundet.
Accompanied by Ms. Sundnes, the Cuban visitors made a tour inside the Storting building, during which they learned about aspects of the history, composition and functioning of the Norwegian legislative body.
