I received comrades Anda Anastasaki and Christoforos Giakoumelos, who, representing the International Workers' Institute (IOI), delivered, in digital format and also in two volumes of almost 2,000 pages, the lists of internationalists who supported and participated in the campaign entitled "I Sign for Cuba."
With emotion and gratitude, I learned that this solidarity with the Cuban people and their heroic struggle has manifested itself, to date, in 104 countries across all continents, where trade unionists, workers, men, women, and even children declared with their signatures: Stop the blockade! Leave Cuba in peace!
I join in the recognition expressed by the International Workers' Institute (IOI) to all those who participated in and actively supported this campaign of proletarian internationalism, which remains active and open to adding new signatures to the more than 360,000 already received.
This is a confirmation of the growing solidarity with revolutionary Cuba and its people, who steadfastly resist the constant threats and aggressions of imperialism. Cuba is not alone and will prevail!
