¡Long live the struggle of the friendly people of Cuba and their victory over the arrogance of US power and the conspiracies of the blockade!
The friendly Republic of Cuba is facing a new campaign of criminal aggression, aimed at inflicting serious damage on the Cuban economy, the lives of its people, and the stability of the unyielding Cuban state. Cuba has been fiercely besieged by the United States and its henchmen for more than six continuous decades, under the false pretext that Cuba poses a threat to US national security, and through the imposition of tariffs on countries that sell or supply oil to the island to force it to back down.
The heroic Cuban people have bravely and courageously resisted, guided by their faith in their just cause, all attempts at subjugation and coercion, as well as campaigns of defamation and hostility. They have patiently endured the consequences of the comprehensive US blockade throughout this time, setting an example to follow in the defense of dignity and national will against policies of aggression and hegemony.
Throughout these decades of continuous struggle against the arrogance of U.S. power, the Cuban people and their revolutionary leadership have earned the love, pride, and appreciation of all the world's fighting peoples. These peoples have seen in Cuba's steadfastness a model of heroism and an image of resistance and courage that deserves respect, support, and the highest forms of solidarity. This is especially relevant as we experience in our region a history of heroic struggle similar to that of the Cuban people, against the same enemy: Zionist and barbaric imperialism in heroic Palestine. Its valiant people suffer an unprecedented Zionist and racist war of extermination, with the unlimited support of the neoliberal West led by the United States, and under the leadership of the war criminal "Trump."
Cuba has always held a special place in the consciousness of Egyptians. Many generations have been educated on the heroic deeds of the Cuban people and the legends of their struggle against injustice and tyranny. Its historical leaders, headed by Comrade Commander Fidel Castro and the symbol of the struggle Ernesto "Che" Guevara, have held a prestigious status in the consciousness of our people. Friendly Cuba, with its people and its current leadership, continues to maintain the same brilliance and brilliance in the conscience and hearts of the Egyptian people. The Egyptian people will continue to support the struggle of all combatants against the thuggery of Trump and his gang, trusting in the victory of all the peoples of the world who defend rational human values.
We, in the Egyptian Socialist Party, have complete confidence in the support of Egypt and its loyal people for the Republic of Cuba, as well as in the stance of its government and people. We are absolutely certain that the savage maneuvers and conspiracies of the United States, which yearns to plunder the wealth of nations and peoples, will not break the spirit of the noble Cuban people. Inevitably, these conspiracies will be defeated by the courage and heroism of the valiant Cuban people, who have always been a beacon of heroism, aligned with peace and stability, and aspiring to security and prosperity for all nations.
We urgently and firmly call upon our comrades in all friendly progressive forces, in Egypt, in the Arab world, and throughout the world, to support the steadfastness and resistance of the Cuban people against the "Trumpist" conspiracy that threatens Cuba and its people. Do not allow US aggression to harm or attack the friendly people of Cuba, who have always been—despite the blockade and imperialist pressure—an unwavering defender of all the just causes of the peoples of the world, led by the Arab causes, and at the heart of them, the central cause of our Arab peoples: the Palestinian Cause.
