Athens, 19 September. Cuba's ambassador to Greece Zelmys Maria Dominguez Cortina accompanied by counsellor José Oriol Marrero Martínez, visited the stands of: the Cuban Hellenic Association of Friendship, the Greek Committee for International Democratic Solidarity (EEDDA) and the Greek Committee for the World Peace and Detente (EEDYE) at the 45th Communist Youth Festival of Greece (KNE) in a central park in Athens, where a mass event against the unjust trade and financial economic blockade of the United States against Cuba was also held in this context.
These organizations have shown continued solidarity with the Cuban Revolution and condemned the unjust commercial, financial and economic blockade of the United States against Cuba. On the visit, the main issues underway were exchanged and the actions to be taken to continue the solidarity work with Cuba.
