Statement by the Association of Cuban Residents in Ghana, Cuba Nuestra.

Accra, October 21, 2024. - The Association of Cubans living in Ghana, “Cuba Nuestra”, issued a statement in support of the Government and People of Cuba following the energy crisis in the country and the damage caused by Hurricane Oscar in the Eastern part of Cuba.

The members of the Association call on the international community to maintain its support for the fight against the economic, commercial and financial blockade imposed on Cuba by the US government, as well as against the inclusion of the Largest of the Antilles in the list of countries sponsoring terrorism.
