Statement by Dayron Valido, Representative of Cuba, at the Adoption of the Universal Periodic Review of Denmark.

Mr. President,

We warmly welcome the delegation of Denmark and recognize its commitment to the Universal Periodic Review.

We appreciate that one recommendation made by Cuba has been accepted. We urge Denmark to adopt specific measures to combat poverty among vulnerable persons.

We wish Denmark every success in implementing the recommendations and support the adoption of its report.
