Statement by the delegation of Cuba during the Universal Periodic Review of Denmark

Mr. President,

We extend a warm welcome to the delegation of the Kingdom of Denmark and recognize the country’s commitment to the Universal Periodic Review.

In a constructive and respectful spirit, we make the following recommendations:

1. Continue adopting measures to reduce the gender pay gap.
2. Undertake concrete actions to combat the increase in poverty among vulnerable persons.

We wish the Kingdom of Denmark success in this review and in the implementation of the recommendations.
