Cde Mafa Kwanisai, the Chairman of the Zimbabwe Cuba Friendship Association, Midlands Province chapter in Gweru totally repudiates and denounce the fascist inclusion of Cuba on the list of countries that sponsor terrorism by United States .We stand resolutely in defence of the socialist Cuba. USA is founded on terrorism by decimating the original owners the Red Indians. United States has a long history of racism, violence and unilateralism and is the greatest purveyor of terrorism on the black people and those of colour in the USA, therefore it has no moral standing to label progressive country like Cuba a terrorist .Cuba has a long history of assisting and serving humanity internationally much to the chagrin of USA. We urge Cuba to continue unabated with its internationalist mission of serving humanity. We demand the removal of Cuba from that list and we also demand the unconditional lifting of economic, commercial and financial blockade imposed by USA on Cuba. We forever remain in solidarity with Cuba and its people and we forever remain indebted to Cuba for its support in our liberation struggle in Zimbabwe against colonialism which was supported by the USA and western imperialism. After independence Cuba continue to support Zimbabwe in the fields of education and health.
