Copenhagen, August 12, 2022. The 96th birthday of the Commander in Chief, Fidel Castro Ruz, the representatives of the Movement of Solidarity with Cuba, with the participation of the unions, and the Communist Youth of Denmark (DKU), are celebrated in this city.
Representing the Dano-Cuban Friendship Association, Nicolai Aamand, dedicated in his words a heartfelt recognition to the political thought of the leader of the Cuban Revolution, the universal influence of his ideas, and highlighted the achievements made by Cuba in the education and health.
In the act that took place in the Latin American House, the Ambassador of Cuba, Roger López García, highlighted that both his ideas and his revolutionary praxis transcended the borders of the Island, since Fidel knew how to raise his voice to address vital issues in the world current.
In his speech, the Cuban diplomat referred to other current issues in the country, the nation's efforts in the face of adversity, and the battle waged by our people despite the harsh conditions imposed by the cruel US blockade.
